Irrespective of how careful we all try to be, accidents will and do happen. Obviously, the more care that YOU exercise when driving, the less likelihood of an accident happening.

ONE of the most important aspects, post accident, is the availability and submission of ACCURATE information, together with the completion of the dreaded Claims Form received from the Insurance Company!

Not everyone is so adept at putting into writing or preparing sketches in support of any claim. IF YOU TAKE THE TROUBLE TO PHOTOGRAPH THE SCENE *IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE ACCIDENT, SUCH INFORMATION CAN BE OF CONSIDERABLE ASSISTANCE TO THOSE INVOLVED IN HANDLING YOUR CLAIM.

Clearly the above is not always possible; however, it may assist should you to return to the accident scene soon as possible thereafter, and take photographs. You may be familiar with the location, but those handling your claim may not. Such information may assist with concluding your claim, rather more quickly than would have otherwise been the case.

Remember, if you were unable to photograph the scene at the time of the accident, try to visit the locality as soon as possible thereafter, and take some.
