Information is held within computers, and in other formats ABOUT you. 

This information CANNOT be released to Third Party's without YOUR permission.

In the work the NPHA or ANPHO  undertake on your behalf, the personal information that we hold about you by us is ONLY used for the purpose for which you have given that information.

THE INFORMATION HELD ABOUT YOU BY THE NPHA & ANPHO,   WILL NOT BE MADE AVAILABLE TO THIRD PARTIES IN ANY FORMAT, WITHOUT FIRST SEEKING YOUR AGREEMENT.

THE INFORMATION WE HOLD ABOUT YOU CAN BE SEEN BY APPOINTMENT.
