Nottingham Private Hire Association  (NPHA)

A group to represent drivers in the Private Hire trade in discussions with Nottingham City and other local councils was established in January 1999. The group consists of the Officers of the Association together with representatives from local bases in the capacity of committee, to assist member drivers. 

The NPHA has grown in recognition, not only with local councils, also with the many people and businesses around he UK, where we are seen as the LINK to the local trade. Throughout this period, the Association has been called upon to assist members with a variety of matters, but in the main, support concentrates on *driver related issues, (*Following the inception of ANPHO) although the NPHA has until September 2002, dealt with many trade related issue's.

                Copies of correspondence and other details are held for drivers convenience.

Social support:

                The NPHA provide an understanding ear. We listen to your problems, and will attempt   

                to provide every reasonable and practicable support .

The NPHA being funded by member drivers, assist's with the continuity of the Association.
