WHAT SERVICE'S DO WE PROVIDE? How flexible are we / can we be? For many of our customers, the service provided by the Private Hire (PH) trade is PERCEIVED quite simply as, picking them up from point A, and taking them to point B. In fact, our service is much more broad based than this. We have compiled a comparison between bus services and the service that we are able, and frequently do provide.
Yes of course, by and large the Emergency Services do a marvelous job, often in difficult circumstances; ...................... but you don't hear us coming, taking very worried families, often with poorly children to hospital. WE JUST GET A CALL AND GET ON AND DO IT! .................. What you don't hear, you don't talk about! Some people take the view that the PH trade is against buses in some way, this is clearly not the case. Of course we're not against bus services .................... although they are a competitors. All forms of PUBLIC TRANSPORT have a part to play in services provided to members of the public; even the Department of Transport recognise the PH trade in this respect.
